- 1
Referral & first conversation
A school or local authority makes a referral. We listen to history, needs and hopes first, and respond within one working day.
- 2
Information & risk sharing
We gather educational, SEND, EHCP and safeguarding information securely, so we start with a full and honest picture.
- 3
Assessment & personalised plan
We baseline academic skills, understand needs and interests, and agree a personalised plan and outcomes with everyone involved.
- 4
A carefully-paced start
The young person begins with a named key worker, low-pressure early days, and time to build trust before pace.
- 5
Learning, growing, achieving
Core curriculum, vocational qualifications, sport and therapy come together. Progress is reviewed and celebrated regularly.
- 6
Review & adjust
Regular reviews with families and commissioners keep the plan honest and responsive, feeding EHCP annual reviews where relevant.
- 7
The next chapter
Reintegration to mainstream, a college place, an apprenticeship or employment with the confidence and skills to thrive.
